ALC comprises all matters of law (corporate maintenance, contracts, legal opinions on specific matters) excluding litigation and IP proceedings.

General Legal Consulting: (GLC)

GLC comprises all matters of law excluding litigation and may be provided on per hour basis or over a fixed fee to be determined for each case separately depending on the nature of the legal matter.

: (LS)

LS comprise the processing of all kind of litigation before the court. LS is subject to a fixed fee depending on the nature of the legal conflict in question.

�IP Services: (IPS)

IPS mainly comprise the processing of IP registrations before the Turkish Patent Institute (i.e. trademarks, patents, industrial designs, licences) Under IPS we also advice our clients on trademark/patent/industrial design protection strategy and perform "copy clearance" of their advertisements in order to avoid any potential infringement or unfair competition risk.
IP registrations are subject to a fixed fee depending on the regular tariffs of the Turkish Patent Institute, whereas IP advicing is usually provided on per hour basis.�
